“ We had a great diner. Restaurant is located in a quiet place along Magnolia bd, very easy to park right in front. Menu offers wide choice of korean specialtys, the main dish being the Soon Tofu, tofu soup. We chose Seafood Soon Tofu, and a set with Beef Soon Tofu and boneless Bulgogi. The food was absolutely delicious: the best bulgogi i ever had. Everything is cooked on order, so you need to wait a little for the food to arrive, but this is guaranty of freshness and quality. The small dishes with veggies, and the salad were very tasty. To finish, because it arrived very hot, so you definitely finish by that: the Soon Tofu's were great, we chose medium spice, and that was already pretty spicy. Can't imagine the people who order "super spicy". We'll go back. ”

“ I'm probably never going back to BCD. No MSG, more flavorful, where has this place been all my life? I have an MSG/glutamate intolerance so I would have an almost immediate reaction after eating. But this is my second time eating here in two days and no reaction. I confirmed it with the daughter of the owners today. No MSG used. The food and side dishes feel like mom/grandma made them. Full of flavor without MSG, what is this magic? The bulgolgi tastes like caramelized kalbi. Amazing. Each of the side dishes have so much flavor maturation. The beer is priced the same as most happy hours elsewhere. What we ordered: Soon Tofu soup bulgolgi combo with kimchi beef tofu soup. They give you a small salad to start. The side dishes include kimchi, kimchi cucumber, Korean potato salad (with cucumbers and apples), fish cake, broccoli/or spinach tofu, and marinated bean sprouts. Every single item was flavorful and delicious. I feel satisfied, nourished, and happy eating here. Such a hidden family-owned gem. Support small business y'all. ”

“ My group of 3 decided to go here on a last minute decision to find a dine-in restaurant to eat and this lovely place did not dissapoint! We had really friendly servers that regulary checked in on us for any extra orders or needs. It was greatly appreciated! We even had really fun conversations with them, it was actually delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, the sides were freshly made while the soup wae perfect temp of warmth. The seasoned fried chicken was definitely my favorite because it was so crisp yet juicy. Overall, I can definitely see myself visiting again for the cozy environment and tasty foods. ”

“ This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. I love tofu soup. They have mushroom soup which I almost never see anywhere else except for Kaju. The soup is so flavorful. I always get the chicken galbi along with it which never disappoints. The side dishes here are good. The workers give good service. Although with the combo, they only give a small bowl of rice whereas other places such as Kaju or BCD give you an entire pot of rice even if you just order the soup by itself. Maybe even just a free extra bowl of rice for a combo would be fair. Although to make up for this, you get a free salad as an appetizer. It has this translucent dressing. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s good! ”

“ Delicious authentic bibimbap and tofu soup! Everything we and our friends ordered were delicious! Here’s what we ordered: Soon tofu and hot stone bibimbap (Menu No. 11) - it was enough for two of us and an appetizer Japchae (Menu No. 26). Highly recommend those if you are a couple that want to share. The combo quantity is half of the main dish but almost 2/3 quantity. The combo is really worth it if you want to try the best dishes for less money but more food! Our friends ordered also Korean noodles, short rib pork, and other chicken and beef dishes. They all loved it, and they were so flavorful and delicious. 真好吃! ”
